Dr. Williams is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. Originally trained in electrical engineering and computer science, Dr. Williams' current research focuses on the use of signal processing and other quantitative EEG techniques to probe neurophysiologic function underlying cognitive processes in epilepsy.
